White Wine by Goats do Roam from South Africa. Goat Door is lightly oaked, allowing the Chardonnay fruit flavors to emerge. Lees contact adds complexity, but the wine remains fresh, and characteristic of the Goats do Roam style. Color: Pale straw Aroma: Fresh limes and hazelnuts with lanolin. Palate: Subtle oak flavors mingle with mandarin rind and apple flavors. Firm mouthfeel with good acid, and a rich finish. Cellaring: Drink now, or within two years.

White Wine by Zolo from Argentina, South America. Zolo Sauvignon Blanc is the result of carefully selected fruit coming from their prize winning high-elevation vineyards, producing aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, passion fruit, fig, with orange blossom notes that persist through the finish.

White Wine by Beaulieu - BV from California. Yellow-gold color. Strong, fresh apple-citrus aromas with a hint of vanilla. Medium full- bodied, with creamy texture and round, succulent, juicy flavors, this vintage reveals ripe apple fruit combined with hints of green almond and pear in the finish. Moderate acidity heightens the wine's approachable softness. Food pairings: Ideal with fresh Dungeness crab, soft cheeses like Camembert and roast halibut steaks.

White Wine by Fat Bastard from French, France - regions. An elegant, pale golden color with aromas of vanilla, hazelnut and toast. A full-bodied Chardonnay with bright, fresh fruit flavors and a hint of oak. Ideal as an accompaniment to a variety of cheeses, seafood, poultry and cream sauce pastas.

White Wine by Barkan from Israel. The Tel Safit Vineyard is the source of this complex wine. Its aroma is a blend of varied tones from citrus, peach to pineapple, while still strikingly varietal. The wine has a medium body and a crisp finish with a lingering taste of tropical fruit.

White Wine by Concha y Toro from Chile, South America. The Chardonnay grapes are fermented in 60 liter American oak barriques, and then matured for seven months - part in stainless steel tanks and part in the oak barriques. The result is an elegant, full bodied wine with exceptional character, that goes well with seafood, poultry, medium-sauced pastas, as well as most cheeses.

White Wine by Sauvion from Loire, France - regions. Light, easy to drink, thirst-quenching, Muscadet Sevre et Maine (Sevre and Maine being the two rivers crossing the Muscadet region) is known as healthy wine due to its lack of residual sugar (close to zero) and its moderate alcohol content of 12%. It is the perfect refreshing wine with spicy food. Its iodine aroma brought by the ocean breeze is an ideal complement to Japanese cuisine.

White Wine by Ruffino from Tuscany, Italy. Straw yellow in color with greenish tones. Libaio is fresh and complex with delicate flowery aromas and vibrant fruit notes for cirtrus fruit and golden apples. The finish features slightly aromatic notes of sage and a hint of bread due to the times spent on the yeast at the end of fermentation. On the palate, Libaio has a fresh and fragrant, delightfully well-balanced profile. Even in the mouth, the hint of golden apple and bread can still be tasted leading to a sweet finish of honey and orange peel.

White Wine by Ecco Domani from Trentino-Alto Adige, Italy. Blend: 94% Pinot Grigio, 6% Chardonnay This wine has a clear, straw yellow color, with light golden reflections. A low concentration of Surmaturo grapes gives the wine tropical fruit notes that make the vintage truly unique. The wine possesses pleasant floral and tropical fruit aromas, and has a light, crisp, clean and refreshing flavor, with fruit character and refined elegance.

White Wine by Pacific Rim from Washington. The wine is crisp, dry and lush with flavors of citrus, jasmine and minerals. This Dry Riesling is a superb accompaniment to a wide variety of seafood, cheeses and cold meats. A blend of 20% German Riesling wine, selected by our dear friend Johannes Selbach in the famous Mosel region, and 80% of our Washington state Riesling. The German Riesling lends great depth and acidity as well as low alcohol. No oak and no malolactic on this wine - it's as pure and unmanipulated as it gets.

White Wine by Seven Hills from Columbia Valley, Washington. Brilliant, light straw color. Graceful, balanced Riesling with moderate alcohol. Fermented at cool temperatures to maximize aromas and flavors. Shows abundant ripe apple, citrus and floral notes, with undercurrents of natural vanillin and mineral. Follows Seven Hills' traditional style of a light sweetness with a clean, crisp finish. While it can be held for up to 2 years to gain bottle character, this is a white wine made to be enjoyed young.

White Wine by Salneval from Spain. Light straw in color, the nose of this Albari?o is seductive with honey, pear and tropical fruit and a slight mineral component. It is racy and zesty with citrus and floral flavors in the mouth, yet is round and soft at the same time. It matches perfectly with fresh seafood and shellfish; is an ideal accompaniment to salty, spicy Asian cuisine; and is also great on its own as a cocktail wine. White Wine by Penfolds from Australia. Penfolds Koonunga Hill Chardonnay is sourced from multiple Australian wine districts including significant contributions from the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley. White Wine by Joel Gott from California. The 2006 California Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of wines made from vineyards in Monterey, Lake and Napa Counties. The cool ocean air circulates through the vineyard in Monterey, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly for maximum flavor development. From this vineyard, tropical aromas penetrate through to the final blend. The deeper flavor profile and more serious texture of Joel Gott 2006 Sauvignon Blanc comes from the warmer regions of Napa and Lake Counties. They ferment in 100% stainless steel to preserve the purity of the fruit and enhance the classic varietal notes.
